RULES FOR RESERVATIONS
- Reservations made without payment may not be honored after 2:00 PM.
- Confirmed reservations canceled after 2:00 PM will incur a 30% inconvenience charge on the room rate.
- Guaranteed (advanced purchase) reservations are non-refundable but may be deferred (subject to availability).
- Any guest who pawns his/her properties to the hotel for an outstanding bill forfeits such property after one month if the outstanding bill is not paid.
- A charge of ₦1,500 will be applied for loss or damage to room keys.
- Valuables in the rooms are kept at the owner’s risk. Feel free to use the safety deposit boxes in your rooms or deposit your valuables with the front desk cashier.
